APPLICATIONS
Ammonium bicarbonate is used in the food industry as a raising agent (e.g., for gingerbread, digestive biscuit or Chinese youtiao). It was commonly used in the home before baking soda was made widely available.
STORAGE LIFE
At least 24 months from the date of manufacture in the original sealed container at ambient temperature. Store away from excessive heat and humidity in tightly closed containers.
